Return & Exchanges
**Return Policy**
At Flow One, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we are here to help.
**1. Eligibility for Returns**
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
**2. Return Process**
- To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal on (insert return page on Shopify) and follow the prompts.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Print this label and affix it to the package.
- Drop off your return package at any authorized shipping location.
**3. Refunds**
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
**4. Exchanges**
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
**5. Damaged or Defective Items**
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at @flowoneshop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

**6. Return Shipping Costs**
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
**7. International Returns**
- For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and any applicable duties and taxes are non-refundable.
